All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. All orders have tracking included and will arrive in about a week from the date purchased. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of international shipments. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information. International shipments may be subject to customs. If you need expedited delivery, please let us know. We may be able to deliver earlier for an added fee. We will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, however delivery times are not guaranteed.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your product for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We take great care in making and packaging our product to prevent damage in shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective we will issue you a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. You may keep the damaged or defective product and do not need to return it to us. We do request that you send us a detailed description of the problem and photographs, if possible, so we can make sure the damage or defect does not happen in the future.
