If a buyer's package has to be returned and re-sent because an incorrect shipping address is supplied, the additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If payment has not been received after 3 days of placing the order, I will need to cancel the order via Zibbet administrators.
All purchases will be shipped within one to three business days upon payment completion. Shipping prices don't include tracking. If you want tracking, please contact me for pricing confirmation. All shipping prices listed are accurate; I do not make money on shipping fees. They include the USPS rates plus a very small amount to cover packaging materials plus gas to and from the post office. If you'd like to add insurance, please contact me before putting in your order so I can adjust the shipping cost wherever necessary. Shipping times within the US take about 3-5 business days.

Refunds, returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition, within 7 days, but please contact me first. Refunds will be made available for the initial purchase amount, minus the shipping costs. Any return shipping amount is the responsibility of the buyer.

All items come from our smoke-free home. We are very health-conscious. We do not store our products with any chemicals (including moth balls, dryer sheets, air freshener products, Febreeze, etc.) to minimize any possible allergens or chemical sensitivities for our customers or to ourselves. However, since these are second hand, vintage items, many of which are antique and possibly even 100 years old, we are not able to know most of the items' pasts and how they have been previously treated. Please note that our home does have cats, if you are sensitive to pet dander.
