Welcome to the shipping and policy page of IndigoMantis! I want to cater to you as my potential customer and make your presence here a positive one. If you have any questions or concerns please email me @ indigomantisart@gmail.com

Shipping details

- Which shipping company do you use? USPS Priority Mail

- Do you offer insurance? Yes. Please email me @ indiogmantisart@gmail.com for a quote. Buyer is responsible for all added insurance costs.

- Will I be able to track my shipment? Yes. If you would like to be able to track your package please email me @ indigomantisart@gmail.com for the amount of added fees -- if any. Usually USPS provides free tracking.

- Do you ship internationally? Yes. If you are purchasing from outside the USA I would highly recommend insuring the product as (see below) I take no responsibility for damaged or lost packages.

- Who is responsible for customs or duty fees? International buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.

- When will my item be sent? Item will be sent 3-4 business days from time of received payment.

- How do you package your work? All fragile items will be wrapped with tissue paper, placed in a jewelry box and mailed in either a padded envelope or a small padded box. Other less fragile items with be packaged securely and with the same care.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Returns for exchange or refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your item. Customers must contact Elea at indigomantisart@gmail.com for an agreement of the return. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to IndigoMantis in its original condition. IndigoMantis advises all customers returning items to use a recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the process

IndigoMantis is not held responsible for packages that get lost or damaged on transit, its up to you,the customer, to decide if you want insurance.
Quotes for Insurances are welcomed.

Eventually I hope for my responsibility around damaged products to change, but unfortunately I can not afford to be held accountable at this time.
