I love to keep challenging myself and to keep my hands busy!
AS A CHILD, I LOVED TO DAYDREAM in the shade of a Sycamore Tree on my grandfather's farm in Virginia. As an adult, I imagine myself there, dreaming up new ideas and creations for you. I've dreamed up Pottery & Glass Home Decor & Jewelry, as well as, handmade jewelry supplies. All items in this shop are created by me & most are One-of-a-Kind. Check back often - I'm always adding new items.
INSPIRED BY A WALK IN THE WOODS, reading a fantastical story under a Sycamore tree in my youth, a beautiful sunset, or the wonder of my students....my creations convey my fascination of nature, it's colors, textures, and forms, as well as, it creatures. Some of my creations are also inspired by world cultures and recent trips to exotic places.

My creative energies are inspired by a walk in the woods, reading a fantastical story under a Sycamore tree in my youth, a beautiful sunset, or the wonder of my students. I hope that my creations convey my fascination of nature, it's colors, textures, and forms, as well as, it creatures, as I share them with you.
Handmade gifts are unique, special and make wonderful family heirlooms to pass on through the generations.
I hope that you have as much fun looking at my jewelry, ceramic & clay creations - as much fun as I have creating them!
Having a need to keep my hands busy most of my waking hours, I love to work with a variety of materials and techniques. My most recent creations include a variety of Fairy Garden accessories, Flower Vases with Elf, Lizard and Leaf embellishments, and Faerie Houses. I create functional pottery dishes, vases, platters, banks, flutes, ocarinas and animal bowls. I also love to work with copper, flameworked glass and recycled materials to created earrings, pendants, necklaces and other wearable art. All make Unique Gifts and each item is designed and individually handcrafted by me.
I am Artist who also teaches. I teach K-8th graders to Create Art while looking at clues and making observations to gain inspiration. I also teach 2 Lampworked Glass Beadmaking classes at the local Community College. I am inspired daily by the insights and creative energy of my students.
