Our shop policies


Thanks for taking the time to look at my policy page. I firmly believe in excellent & personal customer service. I've tried to arrange my shop policies to reflect that belief.

My creative process is ridiculously random...I often start by finding a stone or bead that intrigues me, often by it's unique color or color variations. My brain then goes into overdrive trying to figure what would look best with that stone: gold vs silver vs copper, wire wrapped or beaded, pearls or crystals...the list of variables is endless. Once I've got the image in my head, then I can start letting my hands do the work.

One of my favorite processes is that of the custom order. I love taking an idea that a customer has and then, through a series of emails with pictures, coming up with a item that realizes that idea. If you are interested in a custom project, please please please contact me!

Shipping details

I ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. Depending on when payment is received, sometimes I can ship an item the same day as it is purchased!

Shipping is USPS 1st class or Priority Mail, unless the customer specifies otherwise. Depending on the cost of the item, up to $100 worth of insurance is included, even on international orders.

If you would prefer a certain method of shipping (example: Priority vs. First Class) please contact me and let me know.

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import charges that are levied at the time of delivery.

If the shipping charged is more than the actual shipping, I will issue a refund via PayPal (or other means if paid by check/MO).

Refunds, returns & exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something arrives and isn't as described, it can be returned for a full refund. If an item arrives with a bead broken or damaged, or an item breaks within 30 days of purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receipt of the item. The item can be sent back to me and I will repair it and reship it to you with no extra charge. Please include a receipt for your shipping cost and I will include a refund for that when I return to item to you.

Additional information

I'm open to any custom orders, changes to any pieces you may see posted here, etc. All you have to do to start the process is to contact me. Also, if anyone is interested in buying my jewelry for wholesale purposes, please contact me, I'd definitely be interested!
