Our shop policies


Welcome to my shop! Thank you for reading and respecting these policies. I hope they will help to make our communications easy and pleasant, and all our orders trouble-free.

If you have any questions, please send me a friendly message stating them clearly, and I will do my best to answer them!

My shop accepts payments through Paypal only. The total amount for all items ordered, including shipping and handling charges, must be paid in full at the time you place your order.

When I've received confirmation that your payment has been approved by Paypal, I'll prepare your order and will ship the package to the purchaser's Confirmed Address. (*Please read more about the Confirmed Address in the Shipping Information section, below.)

Shipping details

Your package will be mailed within 2-5 business days of my receiving notification that your payment has been approved by Paypal and completed.

Packages will be sent by United States Postal Service First Class Mail, with Delivery Confirmation. The tracking number will be sent to you by email. After we've mailed your package, the U.S. Postal Service is responsible for its transit & delivery, so (of course) it's up to them how quickly the package travels & arrives.

If you want your package to also have postal insurance, you'll need to send me a message before you place the order, telling me which item or items you want to buy and asking to add insurance to your total, then wait for my reply. Postal insurance for most of items offered in my shop would currently be $1.80 per package shipped. (If you purchase more than one item in one order, the items can usually be shipped in a single package.) The price of the insurance will then be added to your total, before you place your order.

* Confirmed Addresses:
I will only ship to the Confirmed Address that is authorized by Paypal for the account that was used to make the purchase. This is a condition of Paypal's buyer & seller protection guarantee. I feel that this is the safest way to order and to ship.

If you want to purchase an item as a gift, I will still ship the package to the Confirmed Address of the person whose Paypal account has purchased it. When you (the buyer) receive the package from me, you can add your own card or wrappings or other personal touches, then you can send it on to your friend or sweetie or relative—who will probably be quite happy about your extra care!

Refunds, returns & exchanges

I do not accept returns or issue refunds... unless I have made an error and sent you a substantially-different item than was described on the listing page for the item that you ordered. (Minor differences in color or perspective may sometimes come through in photos viewed on computer monitors, but the items still will be reasonably close & recognizable as the items pictured & described.)

I check each order & pack the items carefully, so will probably not send you the wrong item! But, if I ever do, just send me a friendly message right away (within 3 days of the arrival of the package) and I will send you instructions for packing & sending the item back to me. Be sure to take good care of the item and its associated packaging (such as tissue paper, gift box, clear-bags, envelopes, etc.) as you'll need to include them if you send the item back. As soon as I've received the erroneous item in good condition, I will send you the proper item with no additional shipping charge.
