My pillowcases are completely made from scratch from my own pattern from 100% cotton. I like to buy fabric in smaller amounts to keep a variety of patterns in stock and I rarely buy enough of a single fabric to make more than 2 pillowcase. I like to use a cotton/acrylic blend or bamboo for the edging as it holds up well with repeated washing.

Soaps are made in small batches with quality Brambleberry fragrances and skinsafe colours and micas.

Shipping details

To keep postage charges reasonable, I ship using regular airmail only. I try to charge as close to actual shipping as possible with a small amount extra to cover shipping materials. Where the difference in actual costs + envelope is greater than $3 I will refund you the difference.

Please ensure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses are correct and up to date. Should there be a discrepancy I will contact you and wait to hear back before posting your item. Please be aware that neither myself, nor Paypal will not refund should your parcel go astray due to this issue.

I will post your item within 3 days of receiving your order, however please note that I am located in Australia and shipping times will vary for each international destination. An approximate shipping time can be given on request.

In accordance with Australian Customs laws, items will be marked at the correct value and sent as "Merchandise". Any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

I'm all for being fair. Please let me know via Etsy convo if there is a problem with your order and we will work something out.

I take particular care in addressing and packing your items so that they arrive at their destination safely. Please note that should a replacement item be required, it will be the same (or similar) to the one that you originally ordered whenever possible.

Additional information

When you purchase from my store I will contact you via convo to advise that I have received your order. I will contact you again to let you know that it has been posted. Should you need to cancel an order please let me know immediately.

Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis, depending on the request. Payment is required upfront to cover cost of materials and the balance to be received before the item is sent. Please note that fabric is usually purchased in small quantities and as such it may not be possible for me to remake an item that has sold.

I reserve the right to decline a custom request at my discretion.
