Shipping details

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 4 business days of receipt of payment. Special orders my take longer but will be discussed with you before placing your order.

All domestic orders are mailed via USPS, unless other arrangements have been discussed and paid in advance.

Unless you ask and pay for postage insurance, PaperOnParade cannot be responsible for lost packages

Refunds, returns & exchanges

If your purchased item(s) are in any way defective or an embroidery error made by PaperOnParade, you'll be offered a replacement item(s). Any additional shipping will be at the buyers expense. You must contact PaperOnParade within 5 days of receipt of your package(s) to report the defect or error.
Due to the nature of personalized items, no refunds are offered.
