vintage16mm film color film titled 'Why Man Creates' won an Oscar award, 1968, runs 29 min.
a documentary written by Saul Bass and Maya Simon, with the early animated drawings by Art Goodman. discusses the nature of creativity, such as in the Greek section,
"what is the good life and how do you lead it". the film is divided into eight sections. altho uncredited, George Lucas was studying film at University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, and was the second cameraman on this film. a true collectors item. film is in good condition, shown only a few times. an award winning classic film on creativity, life and art, a visual feast.
comes on a metal reel and in a plastic case. was in cold storage for preservation.
