We currently only offer shipping to the Continental United States.
-We can ship to Alaska, but shipping cost will vary based on location and current shipping prices. A Buyer must contact the shop owner before purchase of any orders being shipped to Alaska.
-We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico addresses at this time.
-We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Most glass orders are shipped through FedEx or with the US Postal Service; I will notify you when the box is shipped and provide a tracking number.
I do not like to combine shipping on my garden art. My goal is not to make money off of shipping but to get your garden item purchase, to you, as safely as possible.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
I offer a refund or exchange on items that have been damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping, photos will be required of item and box. These photos will be needed to file an insurance claim.
If a Buyer is not satisfied with purchase, a refund or exchange is possible. A Buyer has 48 hours, after receiving an item, to contact me regarding a return. In the event of a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges, insurance fees, and tracking fees.
When the returned item has been received and determined to be in the original shipping condition, a refund will be issued minus Etsy and/or PayPal fees and the initial shipping expenses.
The materials used for my garden art are vintage, and found glassware and they may not be in absolutely perfect condition. Part of the purpose of my garden art is to use cast away objects and the fact that they are imperfect is why I use them. Instead of throwing them away I want to use them to make something beautiful! And to my buyers I say thank you! I'm so happy you can see, as I do, that these imperfect cast away items can be beautiful, unique works of art!
