Hi. This is the section the lets me answer some of your questions about shipping , returns and things like that.

If you don't find an answer here don't hesitate to contact me and I will try to address any concerns or questions you may have.

Shipping details

I will ship all orders as fast as possible in the order they are received. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment. Custom orders ship upon completion. Usually within 14 business days of payment.

I only use USPS priority for shipping.

If you order a custom item please let me know if the item is a gift with a specific deadline for delivery, so I will be able to tell you when your item can be completed and shipped. Pictures of custom items will be sent for your approval. After your approval your item will be sent via USPS.

All items are insured when they are shipped this is already included with the free shipping.

In case of any shipping problems, such as the package being lost or in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can assess and correct the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify me of your intent to return the purchase. (Health regulations state that I cannot accept returns on earrings.) For every thing else, EXCEPT CUSTOM ITEMS, please repack item/items in the original packaging and return within 10 working days. Upon receiving item/items in new condition the full purchase price will be refunded minus shipping if applicable. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be insured for their full retail value.

I can not accept returns on CUSTOM ITEMS. This would not be cost effective for me since it would be highly unlikely to find a customer for the item made specially for you!.
