Lavender, Chamomile and Calendula Tub Tea

Surround yourself at bath time with the scent of these heavenly herbs as they help to soothe your cares away.

Brew your tub tea by placing it in a large mug or bowl and pouring boiling water over it and letting it steep for 10-15 minutes. You can then add your delicious tub tea to your bath.

-Lavender- is known for helping to calm the mind, ease tension and relax the body.

-Chamomile- is one of the most soothing herbs, it helps to relieve anxiety and insomnia.

-Calendula- is often used to help ease sore muscles. I've had several people tell me that they use Calendula to help ease eczema.

Some people should refrain from using certain herbs and essential oils. If you are pregnant or have any other health problems/conditions please be sure to check with your doctor before using anything with herbs or essential oils.
