What does your ideal customer yearn for? What goals and achievements are they working towards? What fulfils them?
Problems and needs
What is your customer’s pain point? What makes them frustrated?
Reasons to buy
Look at your product or item – why should you customer buy it from you? What makes you stand out from your competitors? What are the highlights of your product? And what are you proud of?
What would your ideal customer worry about when it comes to buying your item? What makes them unsure?
Channels they frequent
Where does your customer hang out online and physically? What sites or platforms are they drawn to?
Favorite influencers and brands
Where do they shop? Who do they look up to? Who do they follow and can’t get enough of?
Types of content they like
Are they readers? Do they prefer videos? Do they like to experience something for themselves? How are they captivated when it comes to content?
