SHIPPING POLICY:

ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER:
Please understand that items that are "Custom Made to Order" for you specifically after you purchase need 7 to 10 days to be made for you. It then "typically" will take 2 to 4 days to be delivered anywhere in the continental USA and 10 to 21 days "typically" Internationally. Germany however, due to very long wait times at their Customs Facility; can possibly take even longer, 6-8 weeks from some reports.

Please contact me to discuss any shipping delivery time concerns prior to your purchase or asap after purchase.

ITEM SHIP TIMES:
All items are shipped within 7 to 10 business days after your payment is received via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Tracking is automatically sent to you when your item is picked up by the USPS. You can track your items on the web at USPS.com.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS:
(Free Shipping Offers "when provided", will be via standard 5 to 7 business days USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL ONLY! We can ship your order via USPS PRIORITY 2 to 3 business days or UPS, FED EX for an additional cost to your zipcode. NOTE: No refunds provided on items claimed "not to be received" once shown to be "Delivered" by the USPS, please ensure you provide a valid shipping address!

The BUYER is 100% responsible for any taxes, customs fees or other charges levied by your home countries PO even those countries not specifically mentioned here. The fees if assessed, are typically paid to your local PO at time of pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TRACKING OUTSIDE THE US:
International shipments are not typically tracked outside the USA. A delivery confirmation is provided via USPS.com.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Refunds cannot be provided for "wearable items" for health and safety reasons and cannot be re-stocked or re-sold.

No refunds can be provided on items claimed "not to be received" once shown to be "Delivered" by the USPS, please ensure you provide a valid shipping address!

All items shipped standard via USPS. If your item is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact your local Postal Carrier using the provided tracking number.

Re-Sizing Notice:
Since we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, we will gladly re-size your piece for you free of charge if on the very rare occasion your piece does not fit you properly. Just inform us of the issue "asap" so we can arrange for you to send it back to an address we will provide depending on the piece you purchased. Your piece must be in an "UNWASHED" and "UNWORN" new condition should there be an issue with sizing so don't delay letting us know if there's a sizing issue once you receive your piece and try it on.

Again PLEASE...do not wear the item beyond just trying it on if you would like us to re-size your piece for you! If the item is shown to have been worn or washed we will simply return the item to you as is!
