I will leave your customer feed-back once I have received yours for me. Not because I just want the feed-back, but I want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your item(s). Then I know that the transaction is complete for both parties involved.
While I strive to have all items in stock, there are times that cross selling occurs. Then the items are made to order. For this reason, I do ask that you allow 10-14 business days for shipping.
I ship all items via USPS first class parcel and USPS International first class parcel. If your order totals to $100 or more domestic sales or $150 international sales, I will upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. I strive to provide tracking numbers but there may be some circumstances where I may not be able to.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
I offer a firm 7 day return policy as refund, store credit or replacement after receiving your order.
For domestic orders during non-holiday shipping times, please allow 7-14 business days from shipping date before writing about non-receiving (14-21 days during holiday time). For international orders, please remember that it takes much longer to ship overseas and customs numbers are different than tracking numbers. So please give it at least 1 month for item to arrive. After these times, please contact me if your order has not arrived.

I gladly accept interest in wholesale orders. Orders must total $100+ at wholesale price. 50% deposit is required via PayPal for materials , with the balance due before shipping.
